Simply boil the dal and then do the tempering with various combinations. Adjust the seasoning and serve with rice. Ingredients for Radhuni Curry Pata diye Musur Dal
- Musur dal – 1 cup
- Radhuni – 1/2 tsp
- Curry pata – 1 sprig
- Tomato – 1
- Salt and turmeric – as required
- Sugar – 1/2 tsp
- Green chili – 4
- Oil for cooking
How to make Radhuni Curry Pata diye Musur Dal
Wash and soak the dal for 30 minutes. Then pressure cook the dal with salt, turmeric and green chili.
For the tempering , I have taken radhuni and curry pata.
Heat oil in a pan and then add the tempering followed by chopped tomato.
When tomato is semi mashed, add the boiled dal to the pan. Adjust the water content.
Boil for 5 minutes. Adjust salt and sprinkle sugar. Remove from heat and serve with rice and patol bhaja.
