Tel Moshlay Chingri Bhaja

I have a very easy recipe that anybody can be done in a jiffy is this Tel Moshlay Chingri Bhaja. This is basically a prawn fry recipe which you are doing with lots of onion. The sweetness of onion, the hotness of chili and the taste of prawn , when combined together makes a riot on your taste bud and that is what is needed for a weekend night.

My Mother In law has a similar recipe of prawn fry, that I used to savor very much. Her dish was full of flavor and contains enough onion to cover the prawns. There are plenty of oil dripping out of that masala. We used to mash our rice with that oil, break one or two green chili and put a pinch of salt. You may not need anymore dish for that day, it was that tasty. Unfortunately, I didn’t watch her cooking it. I lost the recipe with her demise and it is a saddest part of my life.

I have some other prawn recipes here. If you are a prawn lover, you may go through the list.
