Chhana Matarsuti diye Musur Dal

Cooked my humble musur dal the lavish way with an addition of green peas and some home made cottage cheese cubes. It tastes delicious. I served it plain rice as part of my weekend lunch along with some begun bhaja. Hubby loves it and asked me for a repeat.

This is in continuation of my dal saga, which I have initiated few days back. I am using various combination of foran or tempering to the dal and doing experiment while adding various components to a regular dal. This Chhana Matarsuti diye Musur Dal is one more addition to the dal list.
