Moshla Bhetki | Bhetki Masala

Bhetki is such a versatile fish that it can be cooked in multiple ways. Be it in a typical Paturi form, or a kaliya or Bhapa, it tastes quite different in all its form and needless to say, all of them are delicious. As my fish monger supplied some fresh bhetki last week, I have started thinking of making something different. This Moshla Bhetki recipe I have seen over internet few days back , so decided to give it my twist and a new dish is born. It is finger licking good with very minimum effort. I have fried the fishes a bit before marinating it in the moshla or masala, if you get some really fresh bhetki, you may think of using them directly.
