My family is not very fond of Tilapiya fish. Few days back, my fish monger gave me few Telapiya fish and insisted that it would really taste good. I was hesitant at the beginning and finally made this Telapiya machh er Jhal with some onion and mustard paste. We were pleasantly surprised with the taste , it was really good and we have enjoyed it really well.
I have fried the fish for some longer period since the fish breaks easily once you dunk them into gravy, frying longer will make it a bit hard and it did not break in the gravy.
