Sorshe Pomfret or Pomfret fish in mustard gravy

Made this Sorshe Pomfret few days back when my son came back from hostel. It was for winter vacation initially, but because of the 3rd wave ( nasty Corona), he had to stay back. He was missing his machh bhat or fish and rice very badly and started hogging like anything.
