Yes, this is the best Chili Pork Fry ever, that I have made few days back. It’s hot, it’s spicy and at the same time, it is too easy to make. Just boiled it with some salt and then fried some onion and garlic, put a lot of chili, fry , fry, fry over high heat and then add chopped coriander leaves, a lot of it. It is done. Enjoy with your fav beverages.
Ingredients for Chili Pork Fry
- Fresh pork – 500 gms
- Onion – 2, big – chopped
- Garlic – 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 bunch – chopped
- Green chili – 8-10 or more,, few sliced, few slitted.
- Kashmiri chili powder for the color
- Mustard oil for cooking
How to make Chili Pork Fry
Pressure cook the pork in a cup of water with a tsp of salt for two whistles. Remove from water and keep aside.
In a pan, heat mustard oil and then add chopped garlic. Fry till it starts changing color.
Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
Add sliced chili and fry.
When you get the nice chili aroma, add boiled pork. Donot add the stock.
Sprikle some kashmiri chili powder. You may add some red chili powder as well. Add a bit of salt.
Mix well and cook over high heat by constantly stirring it.
When the meat is evenly coated with masala, you are done. Add chopped coriander leaves. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
