Mango and Mint Chutney

A very simple dip that can be made in a ziffy and goes well with any kind of fried snacks. This is a no-cook recipe, just combine all the ingredients, grind together, season it and you are done. I always make it during summer and keep it in the refrigerator, and we like to have it as part of our lunch box too. What say, I sometimes smear it on one side of the chapati and put some filling inside and roll it for a quick snack too. So the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Pudina / Mint leaves – 1 bunch
  • Raw Mango – 1, peeled and chopped
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp

Method:

Wash and clean the mint leaves. Now put the mint leaves, raw mango and green chilli in a grinder along with salt and sugar.

Whisk it through till you get a fine paste. You may add some water, if required. Adjust the seasoning and that’s it.
