Something spicy for today. I bought this piri piri sauce long back but never used and it was sitting at the darkest corner of the pantry. Bought some fresh corn yesterday and decided to give it a try. Such a healthy snack like this masala corn which you can make in a jiffy.
This is the sauce I am talking about.
- Fresh corn karnels – 2 pack
- Butter – a blob
- Chat masala – 1 tsp
- Piri piri sauce – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – a pinch
- Some hot seasoning that I have collected from a mall.
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- a slice of lemon
Boil the corn for 10 minutes till it becomes soft.
Strain the water. Now add butter and piripiri sauce and mix well till the butter is melted.
Sprinkle all the masalas and lemon juice and give it a good stir. Sprinkle some coriander leaves as well and serve the yummy masala corn warm.
