- Bele Maach – 300 gms,
- Onions, 5- sliced
- Green chilli – 4 or more,
- if you can handle it
- Radhuni (a kind of bengali spcie) Bata – 1 tsp
- Salt and turmeric, as required.
Boil the fishes with a pinch of salt. Discard the water. Remove the flesh from the bones and keep aside. Discard the bones as well.
Add mustard oil in a pan. Now add sliced onion and green chilli with a pinch of salt and turmeric and fry well.
Spices and fishes should mix well and it should appear as a mash. Add coriander leaves ( optional) and serve with plain rice.
