- Mushroom – 2 packs
- Garlic Paste – 1 heaped tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli – 2
- Salt and Sugar – As per taste
- Spring Onion – for garnishing
Wash and slice the mushrooms. Chop the green chilies.
Add butter to a frying pan and before it burns, add the garlic. Stir for 1 minute, then add the mushroom and green chilli. Fry continuously on high heat. Mushroom will release lot of water.
Add salt and fry till the water evaporates.
Sprinkle a pinch of sugar. Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
