Mushroom Stir Fry

Combination of butter, garlic and mushroom, seasoned with salt.. some chopped green chillies… a very quick recipe.


  • Mushroom – 2 packs
  • Garlic Paste – 1 heaped tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilli – 2
  • Salt and Sugar – As per taste
  • Spring Onion – for garnishing

Wash and slice the mushrooms. Chop the green chilies.

Add butter to a frying pan and before it burns, add the garlic. Stir for 1 minute, then add the mushroom and green chilli. Fry continuously on high heat. Mushroom will release lot of water.

Add salt and fry till the water evaporates.

Sprinkle a pinch of sugar. Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
